S+M Combine Dressing Roll is a highly absorbent wound packing for large and medium to heavily exuding wounds and post-surgical wounds. Made from cotton and stretchable material, S+M Combine Dressing Roll is soft and comfortable thus reducing the likelihood of pressure areas forming.

• Cellulose blend enclosed in a non-woven fabric
• Highly absorbent – suitable for medium to heavy exudating wounds
• Soft and comfortable – reduces the likelihood of pressure areas forming
